Palique es un proyecto personal en desarrollo para practicar idiomas hablando. Úsala con respeto y como apoyo para aprender.

Léa es una inteligencia artificial: casi siempre acierta, pero a veces puede equivocarse.

Empezar es gratis. Pro es una suscripción mensual que se compra en la App Store o en Google Play, se renueva sola y se cancela con la misma facilidad.

Qué es Palique

Palique te deja conversar en francés o en inglés con Léa, un personaje que funciona con inteligencia artificial, y te explica tus errores en español. Es un proyecto independiente de Nery Rivera, estudiante de informática, que todavía está en desarrollo: puede cambiar, tener fallos o dejar de estar disponible en algún momento.

La inteligencia artificial puede equivocarse

Las respuestas, correcciones y explicaciones de Léa se generan automáticamente. Las revisamos con muchas pruebas, pero no son perfectas: a veces una corrección o una explicación puede estar mal. Palique sirve para practicar; no sustituye a un profesor ni vale como certificado o examen oficial de idiomas.

Cómo usarla

Úsala para practicar y aprender, con respeto.
No intentes dañar el servicio, saltarte sus límites ni usarla para algo ilegal.
No compartas en las conversaciones datos personales sensibles que no quieras que procese la inteligencia artificial (por ejemplo, contraseñas o datos de salud).
Tienes que tener 16 años o más para usar Palique. Si ves un mensaje de Léa que no está bien, usa «Reportar» bajo ese mensaje.

Cuenta y límites de uso

Puedes usar las conversaciones guiadas sin cuenta. Para el chat libre hace falta entrar con Apple o con Google, porque así se aplica un límite de mensajes por persona. Cada plan tiene sus límites diarios y mensuales, que la app te muestra. Puedes borrar tu cuenta y tus datos cuando quieras desde la propia app.

Precios

Empezar es gratis. Pro es una suscripción mensual con más mensajes y funciones; sus límites se muestran en la app. Si todavía no está a la venta donde estás, la app lo dice.

Pro se compra dentro de la app: en el iPhone con la App Store (el vendedor es Apple) y en Android con Google Play (el vendedor es Google). El precio es el que muestra la tienda en tu país antes de comprar, con los impuestos incluidos. El cobro, la renovación, la cancelación y los reembolsos siguen las condiciones de la tienda donde compraste; Palique no recibe ni guarda tus datos de pago.

Prueba gratis. La primera vez que te suscribes con una cuenta de Apple o de Google, la tienda puede darte unos días de Pro gratis (hoy, 7), con Pro completo. Si no la cancelas antes de que termine, se cobra el primer mes al terminar; si la cancelas, no pagas nada. Hay una sola prueba por cuenta de la tienda.

La suscripción se renueva sola cada mes hasta que la cancelas. Para que no se cobre el mes siguiente, cancélala al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo: en el iPhone, en Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones; en Android, en Google Play → Pagos y suscripciones. Es tan fácil como suscribirse: la app te lleva ahí desde «Gestionar mi suscripción». Al cancelar sigues con Pro hasta el final del periodo pagado y después vuelves al plan gratis sin perder tu progreso. Borrar tu cuenta de Palique no cancela la suscripción: cancélala también en la tienda.

Reembolsos. Se piden a la tienda: a Apple en reportaproblem.apple.com y a Google desde Google Play. Cada tienda decide según sus condiciones. Si crees que te corresponde uno y la tienda no te lo da, escríbenos (ayuda y contacto) y miramos el caso. No hay reembolso por los meses ya usados.

Derecho de desistimiento (Unión Europea). Si compras desde la UE puedes desistir en los 14 días siguientes. Como Pro empieza a prestarse de inmediato, al confirmar la compra aceptas que el servicio empiece ya y, donde la ley lo permita, que con ello pierdes el desistimiento una vez que Pro está activo. Apple y Google, como vendedores, aplican esos 14 días con su propio proceso de reembolso, que es el que vale en tu compra.

In short:

Palique is a personal project in development for practicing languages by speaking. Use it respectfully and as a learning aid.

Léa is an artificial intelligence: she is usually right, but she can sometimes make mistakes.

Getting started is free. Pro is a monthly subscription bought on the App Store or Google Play; it renews automatically and is just as easy to cancel.

What Palique is

Palique lets you talk in French or English with Léa, a character powered by artificial intelligence, and explains your mistakes. It is an independent project by Nery Rivera, a computer science student, still in development: it may change, have bugs or stop being available at some point.

The artificial intelligence can be wrong

Léa's replies, corrections and explanations are generated automatically. We check them with many tests, but they are not perfect: a correction or explanation may sometimes be wrong. Palique is for practice; it does not replace a teacher and is not an official language certificate or exam.

How to use it

Use it to practice and learn, respectfully.
Do not try to harm the service, get around its limits or use it for anything illegal.
Do not share sensitive personal data in conversations that you do not want the AI to process (for example, passwords or health data).
You must be 16 or older to use Palique. If you see a message from Léa that is not right, use "Report" under that message.

Account and usage limits

You can use guided conversations without an account. Free chat requires signing in with Apple or Google, so a per-person message limit can apply. Each plan has daily and monthly limits, shown in the app. You can delete your account and your data at any time from the app.

Prices

Getting started is free. Pro is a monthly subscription with more messages and features; its limits are shown in the app. If it is not on sale yet where you are, the app says so.

Pro is bought inside the app: on iPhone through the App Store (the seller is Apple) and on Android through Google Play (the seller is Google). The price is the one the store shows in your country before you buy, taxes included. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the terms of the store you bought from; Palique never receives or stores your payment details.

Free trial. The first time you subscribe with an Apple or Google account, the store may give you some days of Pro for free (today, 7), with full Pro. If you don't cancel before it ends, the first month is charged when it ends; if you cancel, you pay nothing. There is one trial per store account.

The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period: on iPhone, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. It is as easy as subscribing: the app takes you there from "Manage my subscription". After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the paid period, then go back to the free plan without losing your progress. Deleting your Palique account does not cancel the subscription: cancel it in the store too.

Refunds. They are requested from the store: from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and from Google through Google Play. Each store decides under its own terms. If you believe you are owed one and the store does not grant it, write to us (help and contact) and we look into it. There are no refunds for months already used.

Right of withdrawal (European Union). If you buy from the EU you may withdraw within 14 days. Because Pro starts immediately, by confirming the purchase you agree that the service begins at once and, where the law allows it, that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once Pro is active. Apple and Google, as sellers, apply those 14 days through their own refund process, which is the one that governs your purchase.
