Borrar tu cuenta y tus datos

Delete your account and your data

Palique (by Nery Rivera) lets you delete your account and everything of yours whenever you want, from the app itself, without asking anyone. Here is how, what gets deleted and what doesn't.

In the app: Profile → Your account → Delete my account → confirm. It's immediate.

Without the app: write to us from the email you signed in with at and we do it within a month.

Step by step, in the app

  1. Open Palique and sign in if you haven't.
  2. Tap Profile (bottom right), then Your account.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Read what will be deleted and confirm.

The app signs you out at that moment and returns to the welcome screen. If you had a Pro subscription, cancel it too in the App Store or Google Play: deleting the account does not cancel it (how to).
